So i experimented tonight and came up with an interesting yet ridiculously unhealthy creation:

3/4 of 16 oz box of penne pasta
1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast cubed
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cube Chicken Bouillon
1 cup shredded Gouda Cheese
1/4 cup Grated Fresh Parmesan or Romano
8oz sliced baby bella crimini mushrooms
1/2 white onion chopped

1.) Boil water and cook pasta (Drain when done).
2.) While water is boiling cook chicken in olive oil on medium heat (I seasoned with salt, pepper, adobo and rosemary/garlic spice blend)
3.) After turning chicken add mushroom and onion and continue to cook until meat is cooked through, drain and put in bowl on side.
4.) Take same pan (without cleaning to keep flavors from chicken/spices), add 2 cups Whipping Cream and bring to a simmer (stirring often).
5.) Add Chicken Bouillon and Cheeses and whisk until Cheese melts and is blended smooth and thick enough to your liking.
6.) Add Chicken/Mushroom mixure to sauce and serve over pasta.

This is the first time I have made this and am unsure if I would make any changes. I thought it tasted too much like “cream” however boyfriend said he thought it was very cheesy so who knows. Enjoy!
